It’s been 15 years since my first job behind a bar counter. This profession has given me a lot of emotions and satisfaction both professionally and personally.
My concept of bar is focused on hospitality and customer care. My motto is: Quality is seen from transparency. I consider myself a traditional bartender who is committed to constantly enhancing the Made in Italy. I embraced Allegrío as new great opportunity and adventure with determination and a lot of Joy.
