After working in London for ten years as a Manager, I decided to head back to Italy, particularly to Rome, as a Maître, to participate with passion and dedication in the Qvinto project. After three years of victories and defeats, I decided to give vent to my dreams and goals. My love for my work and catering drove me to embrace the Allegrío project. Never forgetting where we started from, with perseverance and professionalism, I am sure we will get very far.
