IVANO VECCIA Mastro Pizzaiolo
Ivano Veccia begins to confront the world of pizza as a young man in Ischia. In London he learned the art and in 2006 he met the chef Di Costanzo, now Two Michelin Stars. Veccia and the chef start a collaboration, which allowed Ivano to travel around the world. In 2015 he launched Lasagna povera but his career took off in 2018, with the adventure in the largest pizzeria in Rome. In 2021 his Capricciosa becomes pizza of the year and in 2022 Veccia is one of the best pizza makers in Italy and the world. Among his pizzas, it is impossible not to mention the pizza Pizzaiuolo.
