MARCO MELATTI Sous Chef
Born and raised in the suburbs of Rome in 1995, I approached the kitchen at 21. I was a porter and attending an internship in a restaurant in Zona Pietralata. Here I understood that I would take this path. Then I join a consultant in the opening of an Italian restaurant in Spain. In recent years I have worked in a restaurant in the center of Rome with Chef Daniele Creti. To complete my training I attend a University course in gastronomic sciences.
