My experience in the world of food and wine began nine years ago. I immediately focused my attention on oenology, which excited and inspired my curiosity. After experiences in various venues, I decided to attend the ‘Fondazione Italiana Sommelier’, pursuing the Sommelier Diploma. My goal is to create a moment, a connection between food and wine, between pleasure and culture; to give maximum happiness to those who want to indulge in a bit of recreation by immersing themselves in my poetry, which I call ‘Wine List’.
