PEPPE AIELLO Mastro Pizzaiolo

Giovangiuseppe Aiello is a pizza chef from Ischia. He began his career in his family's restaurant. In 2007, his great passion for pizza became a real job for him. He moved to London and gained experience in the "Rossopomodoro" chain. In 2019, he moves to the capital to start his adventure in the biggest pizzeria in Rome. In 2021, this pizzeria won the sixteenth position in the '50 Top Pizza Italia' guide and received the Tre Spicchi Gambero Rosso in the 'Guida Pizzerie d'Italia'.
