DANIELE CRETI Executive Chef
Born in Rome in 1985, he gained his first experience in the trattorias of the capital. Explore Italian cuisine in Umbria with chef Fabio Fiordiponti, in southern Italy, and in starred Piedmontese restaurants with chef Alberto Zago. He goes back to Rome for love, where he studies and perfects himself until he leads the restaurant Qvinto, where classical cuisine is revisited in a modern key. After this experience he falls in love with the project Allegrío and decides to dedicate himself to this new adventure.
